- Drilling proponent is still all for oil exploration, but now wants to know the true costs including safety precautions.
- “Gulf Spill” is trickier than “Exxon Valdez” and “Three Mile Island.” Exxon Valdez changed the way the oil industry operated, and Three Mile Island shut down nuclear industrial growth for 30 years. 30% of domestic U.S. oil production is from the Gulf, and alternatives will take years to develop… will the spill be a game changer towards clean, sustainable energy in the U.S.?

In 1989 Exxon told the cleanup workers the same story, that the crude oil is not toxic. Some of us are living proof of the toxic exposure, and many others have died.
